Chartered Manager status is professional recognition and is the highest status that can be achieved in the management and leadership profession.
Chartered status recognises managers with exceptional managment and leadership skills and commitment to continuous professional development, demonstrating to employers and peers the value of a professional approach that delivers measurable impact.
The exemption route is for experienced managers who already hold a CMI Level 5 Diploma qualification or above and at least 3 years' experience in a management role. It builds on the completion of your qualification and provided a fast track assessment process taking into account your prior learning.
Assessment is undertaken by completion of a written submission, detailing the applied learning, the improvement in your management practice and the positive, measurable contribution you have made to your organisation.
Upon successful completion you will be awarded Chartered Member (CMgr MCMI) or Chartered Fellow (CMgr FCMI) dependent on experience.
